AFBA Rentrée Dinner

The President and Board of the Australia France Business Association (AFBA) are delighted to invite you to the annual AFBA Rentrée Dinner 2026, one of the most anticipated events on our calendar.

Join us on Wednesday, 30th September from 7:00pm at the prestigious Les Salons de l’Hôtel des Arts et Métiers, 9 bis Avenue d’Iéna, 75016 Paris, for an elegant evening of connection, conversation and celebration of the enduring Franco-Australian relationship in business and culture.

The evening will begin with a networking apéritif  with champagne and canapés, followed by a refined three-course dinner accompanied by French wines.

By tradition, the Rentrée Dinner offers our guests the opportunity to hear from distinguished leaders shaping Australia’s engagement with France and Europe. We are delighted to welcome this year’s Guest Speaker:

Taking place during the iconic Paris Fashion Week, this year’s Rentrée Dinner will bring together AFBA members, partners and friends for an exceptional evening in the heart of Paris.

We are particularly pleased to welcome a delegation from the Australian Fashion Council, adding a special Australian dimension to this celebration of business, creativity and culture. 

The evening will also feature a panel discussion bringing together representatives from the Australian Fashion Council and RMIT Europe, RMIT alumni working in fashion in Paris, and an Australian designer in Paris as part of the special AFC Paris Fashion Week delegation. Drawing on expertise from across the fashion industry value chain - from education and design to creative practice and international market development - the panel will explore Victoria’s distinctive fashion and design culture and its global influence.
